The staff is very rude! Having already paid right after ordering (as it's ALWAYS handled as I came here almost every week for the food), they wanted me to cash in a second time when the food was served (in the meantime, no 5 minutes had passed). After a long discussion and request to look in the box office and / or on the adjacent documents (since I also kept the change in my hand), I left the bistro without food, but 6 € poorer.

The food is okay, nothing more and nothing less. Unfortunately, the staff is totally unable to remember for 10 seconds that you have already paid for your meal and then also demand that you pay for your meal a second time. In addition, due to their lack of knowledge of German, they hardly understand what you want from them. Not only incapable, but also a miserable deal with regular customers. Not recommendable!
